At Central Car Auctions we offer superb service and value for money, but don't just take our word for it. Our customers tell it as it is :-
Dear Central Car Auctions,<br />I feel compelled to write to convey my delight at the sale price achieved by Central Car Auctions this evening for our Range Rover Sport. With Central Car Auctions expertise, we received £5,000 more than the quotes we had received earlier from local dealers. The service we received from the very start was outstanding and more importantly completely hassle free. We would like to take this opportunity to say "Thank You" to the whole team at Central Car Auctions for the service provided.
Probably the best auction house in the country. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. It's a 650 mile round trip for me but well worth travelling the distance. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy my cars.
I've been coming to Central for years. I needed a car to take the kids on holiday at the Fair. You always get something good at a good price.
Wow! I went to Central with a three grand budget. This is my second time buying there. I swore to my fiance I wouldn't go higher and came home with over £800 in my pocket and a car we both like. Result.
I've never seen so many cars for sale at any one time. I must have walked around them all, reading the fact sheet on the windscreen. Bid for a few things but just missed out. Needed a coffee from the cafe. Then with a determined effort, got a cracking 06 plate Audi A3 4-door with full service history, smart alloys and air con for a brilliant price. It was a good experience.
My daughter recently passed her test. Wanted her own wheels. We looked in the papers and websites but it was hard to find something suitable and within budget. Plus it takes so much time to go and see cars at people's homes. There were literally hundreds at the auction and the staff were very helpful as this was our first time. It was actually quite exciting. Lisa always wanted a Corsa. We saw several but she fell for a Punto, changed her mind and got it. Woman eh!
We had to be the oldest there. My husband's just 65 and I'm 68. He's my toy boy. We've got a caravan and his company car went back when he retired last month. We had been around some dealerships and been looking in the paper. We were actually just passing and decided to pop in. We saw it straight away. A deep blue Discovery, already with a tow bar and twin sockets. It was just lovely. Scott, one of the staff, was a sweetheart and showed us what to do. Thank you Central and 'Disco Dave', as we call, him is going strong.
Recently made redundant as a sales rep. Decided to set up a garden maintenance business, which I should have done years ago. Wanted a small panel van and thought about the auction at Central. With so many vehicles to view I was spoilt for choice really. Anyway, can home with a thrifty wee 03 plate VW Caddy. Perfect.
I thought car auctions were held outdoors in the cold and wet. Central Car Auctions just off the motorway is indoors and absolutely huge. Hundreds and hundreds of cars. I spent the afternoon there and had my lunch there too. I'm taking my brother there next Friday to see what we can get for him... a car I mean, not for lunch.
I've been trying to sell my BMW Z3 sports car for months. Smart car with slightly high milage but not excessive. Just the wrong time of year for a soft top. Our first baby has just arrived so it had to go and I needed the cash to buy something more suitable. Tried one of those' buy any car' type places. Offered ridiculously low money for it. I was a bit insulted, as the car was well looked after and I was sure worth more than that. Got a free valuation from Central and took it to their auction. It actually sold for more than the valuation, which was really good. I told the staff what I was now needing and they gave me a list of possible cars. Had a look at them all and went home with a Mazda 3 and some money. Great experience.
