Vacancy - Auction & Office Administrator

As Scotland's biggest and busiest car auction complex, we have an urgent requirement for an Auction & Office Administrator to join our sales and administration team.

We are looking for an individual with a pleasant manner, friendly, helpful and willing to contribute to providing our customers with the high level of service they expect. You need to be trustworthy, reliable, proficient in the use of a PC and come with some experience of cash handling.

If you are all of these and a good communicator, well organised, are confident in speaking with customers on the telephone and able to work well within a team, then we would like to hear from you.

Key duties will consist of liaising with trade & private customers over the counter or over the phone, booking vehicles into our computer systems and providing administrative assistance during our three weekly auctions to help ensure the smooth running of these events.

We are ideally looking for someone with the confidence to hit the ground running - with relevant training provided as appropriate.

Central Car Auctions is located on a main bus route, adjacent to Easterhouse mainline rail station and opposite the M8 motorway.
