2026 buyer fees and payments update

Important update to our fees in 2026

Our fees will change from 1st January 2026.

Throughout 2025, we’ve focused on giving you more of the stock you want and improving the support we provide. Last year, our auction programme featured over 110,000 vehicles, giving you unrivalled access to stock across the UK.

We have also expanded our physical presence with the opening of our new Accrington branch in October, increased the number of physical sales, improved our communication channels, and enhanced the auction experience to give you more time and more opportunities to buy.

2026 buyer fees

We believe that a fee structure should be simple and transparent with no hidden extras. That means no additional charges for buying online, EV or hybrid checks, admin fees, V5 handling, EV battery heath checks. These costs can add around £50 – £80 per vehicle elsewhere.

That’s why we will continue to have fully inclusive fees during 2026. You can now view the full list of updated fees here.
